About Christy D. Starling
Christy D. Starling is the founder of Love Investors, a Texas real estate solutions company that has worked with homeowners since 2014. She founded Love Investors after seeing a need for a different approach to real estate… one that puts people before profits and gives homeowners room to understand their options before making major decisions about their property.
Her work focuses on homeowners facing situations where a traditional real estate sale may not be the best fit. That includes inherited properties, foreclosure concerns, HOA issues, difficult-to-sell homes, properties with little or no equity, and circumstances that may require a more creative solution.
Integrity and clear expectations are central to how Christy approaches real estate. She believes homeowners deserve straightforward information about their options, even when the best option is not selling to Love Investors.
Outside of real estate and homeowner advocacy, Christy enjoys reading, practicing yoga, traveling, photography, theme park rides, and advocating for animal welfare.

Christy has written about Texas HOA issues and homeowner rights since 2018, drawing from research as well as her own experience challenging an HOA and property management company.
